A rather rare title and great that the title includes the word "Southern". The front page is mostly taken up with ads. The back page includes: "The Bonham Guards" "The Georgia Militia Called Out" "War Resolution" which is from the Confederate Congress; "War News - From the Central Road" "From East Tennessee" and more. Complete as a single sheet issue with wide, untrimmed margins, a piece from near the top margin does not affect any text, a few discrete tape mends, nice condition.
