This better B plate note has "For" hand written before "Treas" and was issued from Richmond on thick bond paper. It has the mysterious blue green C stamp and is graded Uncirculated 62 by PMG. Some experts say the stamp was used by Confederate officials and adds 15% more value. Others say the stamp is a cancel mark. Some notes have a green P so if C is for cancel, what does P stand for?
