The Confederate bill is also beautifully preserved and definitely take the viewer back in time and space to a very specific period of history. The frame is very nice but simple, there are a couple of places where the frame was lightly dinged sometime during it's life but that's the life of these objects, they often have had a life before they every come into our hands or your hands. I don't think any of this is very noticeable and I don't think it will draw the eye but I took pictures of the dings so you can see for yourself.
