This specific coin has been officially certified and attributed by ANACS as the Scarcely encountered WB-15 / WB-104 variety, featuring the historical CSA (Confederate States of America) Reverse. During 1861, the New Orleans Mint was operated by three different governments: the Union, the State of Louisiana, and the Confederacy.
