Pair Civil War Confederate Officer Staff coat buttons Eagle Design Treble Gilt
When I showed them to the guy i scrapped the gold to, get told me they were Civil War buttons, and probably Confederate with the 11 stars around the eagle. My research has them being officer staff buttons, and unfortunately I don't gave a ruler to measure them exactly, so I'm not sure where they went on the uniform.
