-Original- Antique -Confederate- Civil War Uniform Artillery Shell Coat/Jacket
This week, I will be listing a Wonderful Collection of Military Memorabilia and Clothing. This is a Great, Rare, Early Civil War men's Confederate Army uniform shell coat/jacket. This wonderful Old piece has a Great, Vintage design, with "CSA" buttons, Artillery Red trim & Hand-Sewn corporal chevron stripes, is made of rough Wool, an Original, Antique example, from the Victorian era, 19th Century. And is Very Rare to Find. I'm not sure the exact age of this, but I can guarantee it's not new.
I would say it's definetly 19th Century, so period or reunion era. This has no marked Size, but actually measures approx. 19" from armpit to armpit and 22" from top to bottom. This appears to be in Fair, Solid condition, with some scattered holes and a torn cuff.
