ORIGINAL 1860's CIVIL WAR Battle News Copy TELEGRAM for CONFEDERATE DAY BOOK

About 3 3/4" x 6" on thin yet tough paper. As best I can figure, this would have been kept in some Confederate Company's'Day Book' keeping track of skirmishes and battles. I couldn't find any engagements directly between these two Generals. This sounds like a serious engagement that killed about 1100 men and netted 1500 Federal prisoners... If you Civil War historians have more info, please educate me...
