CSA #12 MINT Large block of 28+ plate # Richmond VA Confederate States Civil War
Here is a rare extra large block of 28 plus of US CSA Scott number 12. It is in average condition with original gum. I noted 1 stamp with a hole and possibly a few pin head thins. The gum covers the entire back of the block and is aged as usual. It appears to have been folded at least in 2 places.
