CS-9 Dug Confederate Cavalry Spur
This is a dug Confederate spur the CS-9 as described in Bob Baird's spur book on page 55. Spur has great patina and no repairs. Still has the pin for the rowel with most of the rowel remaining. Rowel is solid and not fragile. Rowel is of the Mexican style which is less common to find. I suspect this was an early find.
Has loose dirt all over it. Rowel May still spin if the dirt is cleaned out of the slot. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
