Included in his documentation of various wartime activities is an accounting of The Battle of Gordon's Mills (Chickamauga).It details the men who were injured or wounded during this battle. Included with this document is a June 7, 1863 newspaper clipping documenting the latest news from the front. The roll, a small leather bound diary, is in good condition. The leather on the binding is there, but has begun to separate from the binding itself.
