An original Invoice for the receipt of a pistol belt for "Lieut Forney" Baltimore, April 24, 1861, signed by "GW Forney, Aid". This receipt was issued just 6 days after the Baltimore Riot. Comes w service info for Lt George Washington Forney, Company C, 2nd Maryland Cavalry Battalion, also known as Gilmor's Partisan Rangers. NOTE: Any repair to a paper item is listed.
