 CIVIL WAR Confederate General Weisiger, 3x WIA, Signed 1874 Draft. Civil War Confederate Brigadier General 12th Virginia Infantry Regiment " WEISIGER'S BRIGADE ", Colonel 39TH Virginia Militia, fought at Seven Pines, severely wounded Second Bull Run, Wilderness & Spotsylvania Court House, Cold Harbor, wounded at Battle of the Crater Petersburg. He was Officer-of-the-Day, Virginia Militia, at the hanging of JOHN BROWN. After the war he was a banker, planter, and businessman. WEISIGER " on " CITIZENS' BANK OF PETERSBURG, VA. Purple on white with goddess justice left & printed U.
