CDV Maryland Confederate William Murray Culp's Hill CSA Gettysburg KIA Civil War
This is one of the most rare of the rare CDV for a Maryland confederate civil war Gettysburg collector. It's a prewar militia view of the beloved Captain William Murray with the famed Bendann backmark. Captain Murray was killed on the morning of July 3, 1863. Before the assault on Culp's, Captain Murray shook each of his mens' hand and said goodbye. It is not likely that we will see each other again. This CDV is rarely available and is definitely for the advanced collector.
