1865 Confederate Dead, Civil War CDV with Stonewall Jackson and JEB Stuart

1865 Vintage CDV photograph picturing the prominent Confederate generals who had been killed in the Civil War which was still ongoing when the card was issued. Included in the image are iconic soldiers Stonewall Jackson and JEB Stuart as well as others. Included are 14 men in uniform with their named underneath making this a really great relic. Issued through the studio of E. Anthony, who were the most prominent photographers aside from Mathew Brady at the time.

The corners were clipped to fit into an album which was common at the time, but the image portion is strong.
