1864 Original Confederate States Naval CIVIL War Orders/#1846
This is an Original Bill of Orders passed by the House of Representatives of the Congress of the Confederate States of America on Dec. 278 was a bill to increase the number of acting midshipmen in the Navy, and to prescribe the manner of appointment.
