1861 $10 Confederate States Currency CIVIL War Note Money T-10 Pf-15 R-10 Pmg 10
Graded Very Good 10 by PMG. PF-15 has the smaller upper left 10 and "for" written by signer. It's listed as RV (Rare Variety), R-10 (21 to 50 known) in the 2014 Fricke reference.
A few out there are labeled improperly as they are not printed on thick bond paper. The thick bond paper did not hold up well in circulation which is exactly what you see on the back here.
