Very nice Civil War Confederate veteran's kepi. Kepi measures about 21 1/2 inches around the inside. Grey wool body is piped with either brass or copper flat wire. Script infantry chinstrap buttons are not marked on the back and have a wonderful chocolate patina. Polished cotton lining with leather sweatband. A fine addition to any collection.
