1800's Original CIVIL WAR CS Confederate Tin Drum Canteen Military Field Gear
Very Nice Authentic and original to the period, Civil War era Confederate tin drum canteen in very good condition despite it's many years of being in storage. This Canteen retains the Two strap brackets and spout. Looks to be Lead Soldered.
It has no holes and would most likely still hold water. The Canteen does have some oxidation as seen in photos and the remnants of an old sticker that said "Confederate". Both sides are flat and I have not cleaned it.
